RFP Redevelopment and Revitalization of 12916 North Street

The Town of Dillsboro is seeking proposals for the redevelopment of 12916 North Street, a historic circa-1890 property in the heart of downtown. This opportunity is part of a larger $1.5 million North Street streetscape project and the creation of a nearby public greenspace and performing arts hub.
